Depends on what’s being made.  In some cases – the more freeform designs – old gold will generally work very well.  In other cases, new, refined gold is necessary, but client’s old gold can offset the cost.

Yes, I can work in silver, gold and platinum as well as do some repairs on non-precious metals.

Usually starts with a phone conversation in order to narrow down and get a feel for what the client wants.  Then pictures are sent from past work, as well ideas from clients from any source.  This process can take a bit of back and forth, but necessary to get the design solid.  Once a design is agreed on, client pays a 50% deposit and is given a time frame as to when to expect completion of the project.  If client wants to use their own materials, they need to be sent at that time, or can be sent at the beginning of the process.

Payment can be made through Paypal, Visa or Master Card.

At this time items are automatically shipped USPS Priority Insured. We do this to ensure that all items are safe in transit and covered in case anything goes wrong. The only exception is for Virginia Beach residents who can choose Local Pick-Up at check out. They will be contacted after their order is submitted with a time to pick up their piece at our gallery location.
